Marie Grimmer established Grimmer Technology and Operations, Inc. (GTOi) when she retired from Army active duty in 2009. She is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army Signal Corps with extensive experience in space systems including military satellite communications systems, cybersecurity, and DoD Enterprise IT Initiatives. Marie currently serves as the President and CEO of GTOi providing cybersecurity and Enterprise IT support to DoD customers at USCYBERCOM, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and the US Army.
Marie attended college at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL and received her active duty commission through the Eagle Battalion ROTC program. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle. She is currently using her post-911 GI Bill to pursue an AA in Culinary Arts from Howard Community College. She is both PMP and ITIL certifeid. Marie is also a commercially licensed pilot with airplane multiengine and instrument ratings.
