Kimberly Rosier Jean-Louis, MBA has more than 21 years of experience in business diversity and community relations. Kimberly's tenure includes Florida Governor’s Executive Office, Pepsi Co.’s Atlanta headquarters, Orange County Public Schools in the Orlando area, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Orlando Airport) and as a consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation. In each position, she worked one-on-one with diverse businesses, providing business development that empowered the entrepreneurs to reach their goals. She has impacted thousands of firms around Florida. Kimberly has been recognized as a Minority Business Advocate and has conducted hundreds of presentations on business development and how to do business with various entities in Florida.


Most recently, as a consultant with CEI, Kimberly served as the Program Director for the Central Florida Expressway Authority. In this role, she was responsible for designing and executing recruiting and training programs for small and diverse businesses. Previously, she managed FDOT’s Business Development Program, co-facilitated the Construction Management Development Program and provided Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Supportive Services in Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, Turnpike Enterprise and Central Office.
