When you’re blessed with many gifts, talents  and experiences it’s tough to describe them all in one title. But Kenicia Cross is creating an unconventional path to fulfilling her purpose of offering service and light to the world. 

 

After attending Howard University on a full softball scholarship. Kenicia graduated with a degree in Journalism. She went on to become an award-winning news producer where she worked in several markets including San Diego, Miami, Baltimore and DC. She became well-known and respected in the television news industry for creating and producing several top rated news, sports and talk shows. 

 

While working as a news producer Kenicia also fulfilled another one of her passions simultaneously - fashion! She worked as an image consultant styling anchors and on-air personality and presenting seminars on how to create a personal image. 

 

After more than 10 years as a news producer Kenicia started her own company called Crossover Media which she currently operates in Los Angeles. Crossover Media is a modern, hip and super savvy media company that specializes in creating innovative content, branding businesses & entrepreneurs, media training, and image consulting. 

 

On any given day her job duties could include anything from... producing a show... to training professional athletes on how to master interviews... to creating media & branding strategies for companies... to image consulting and wardrobe styling. 

 

Ultimately, Kenicia is an innovator who prides herself in keeping the principal of intention at the forefront of her work. She is professional, spiritual, and a whole lot of fun! 

 

She is also a mentor to several young woman. Her best advice... “Love yourself”.
