Brand Development and Management

Hi, I'd like to ask for more education on Licensing. I use my personal handwriting as typography and graphic art for T-shirt apparel. I attended a Daymond John seminar a few years ago. After describing my business, LuvEnlightens, to one of his advisors he advised Licensing. I've researched but I need to learn more about it. Help, please!
