Valarie Dock is the President of Bolana Enterprises, Inc., one of the region’s fastest growing janitorial services companies. Valarie’s management and business expertise spans more than 30 years. Bolana’s services include green cleaning, concierge services and eco-steam cleaning services.  Valarie and Bolana’s culture and values are centered around helping others as a way of life and not a duty.   Bolana is committed to being a company where our team members  want to work, and clients want to do business.  Valarie has been honored to have earned numerous awards and recognitions.  She is a tenured member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Valarie serves as secretary on the Board of the Ward 7 Business Partnership (a DC Main Street organization), Treasurer on the Board of H.O.P.E., Inc. and a recent member of the WBENC Women’s Enterprise Forum.  She is a wife, mother, grandmother, and mentor. Her hobbies are golf and reading.
